Located on Chu Van An Street — one of the busiest and most vibrant streets in Hue City — 1995s Hostel is gradually becoming a standout destination after a few months of operation. With its refined details and unique personality, it offers guests a cozy yet modern experience. Come visit and feel it for yourself!
This project was completed at the end of 2024, transforming an old building into a stylish 6-story hotel with a youthful Tropical-Industrial vibe in the heart of the city.
Right from the design stage, the TD Architects team faced many challenges, such as the building being tucked behind another structure, the fire escape system affecting the façade’s aesthetics, and the deteriorated, inefficient layout. Every detail was carefully selected and thoughtfully considered throughout the design and construction process to overcome these limitations and create a harmonious, striking overall space.
