The house is currently being designed by our team of architects, with a focus on creating a modern, luxurious, and comfortable living space. Functional areas are scientifically arranged and highly personalized to suit the homeowners’ preferences and daily routines, ensuring a harmonious balance between aesthetics and usability:
First Floor: Living Room and Kitchen featuring a modern elevator system and an electric vehicle charging station
Second Floor: Entirely dedicated to a Master Bedroom
Third Floor: Two children’s bedrooms, a worship room, and a laundry area.
