T & L House is a four-story shophouse with a total area of 348 square meters in the Phu My An urban area—a modern residential area with well-integrated infrastructure and high-end amenities in Hue City.
The design meets the desires of the young homeowners, who seek tranquility and relaxation in their daily lives, within a light, cozy, and elegant living space. The interior of the house is designed with the concept of an open space, combining the living room and kitchen to create a spacious and convenient common area.
As part of the first floor will be rented out for business purposes, the floor plan must be balanced between the rental space and the family’s living space.
