The 1995S Hostel is a facade and interior renovation project we are currently undertaking to transform an old building into a 6-story hotel. The design will blend tropical and industrial styles, creating a youthful and modern space in the heart of the city.
The hostel faces some challenges, such as being hidden behind another building, an emergency stairwell that affects the aesthetics of the facade, a deteriorating structure, and many impractical layouts. Therefore, our team of architects must come up with various solutions to create a striking and impressive facade that still respects the building’s existing conditions.
